Pentalogy of Cantrell (PC) is an extremely rare and usually fatal birth defect. It corresponds to a defect in the closure umbilical ring concerning supra-umbilical portion abdominal wall secondary anomaly development mesoderm during first stage embryonicdevelopment (1). We report case observation pentalogy Cantrelldiagnosed delivery room male newborn on unattendedpregnancyestimatedat 7 months. The caseisaccompanied by video footage newborntakenafterdelivery.
